December Contest

The contest in December is to make a great page layout using any paper from the "Rusty Pickle" line. There are many great papers and products from this line that should fuel your imagination. Page submission is DEC. 17th. Make sure to get started early.

November 2007

The contest this month is using the Kit available at Purdy's for only $5. Use everything in the kit to make your own special page layout. This is always interesting to see how different they are using the same materials. Kits are available now. Contest winner receives $10 store credit.

September

Make a "My 1st" page using products from Purdy's Scrapbook Place. Be creative and make a winning page about any first that you want to preserve. Page submission deadline is Sept. 15th

April 2007

The contest for April is Using "Chipboard". That should be easy, Chipboard is the latest scrapbook fad, Jump on board if you haven't already. Pages are due the 14th and voting will be the 17th - 21st. Remember there are two categories- Adult winner gets $10 and Kids winner gets $5.

January 2007

Which ever Holiday you chose, celebrate it by Creating a "Holiday" page layout using products from Purdy's Scrapbook Place. Pages are due January 20th.

Novmeber 2006

For November, create a page layout using the kit avaliable for you at Purdy's Scrapbook Place.

You must purchase the kit for $5, that's almost a 25% discount from the individual retail prices of the items. You must use each item in the kit on your final layout (that means you must use at least one sticker from the sheet, not the whole sheet!). Feel free to use the items in any way you can, and to add additional supplies purchased at Purdy's and your own photos to the layout.

Pages are due the 18th of November.

October 2006

Create a Fabulous layout featuring the “Great Outdoors” using any fibers sold at Purdy’s Scrapbook Place. That includes all ribbon, yarn, string, and twine; packaged or sold on the spool.

Page submission deadline is October 21st.

Monthly Contest Overview

Every Month Purdy's Scrapbook Place will host a layout creating contest just for you, our customers! Stop by here to see what the next few months worth of contests will be.

For each contest feel free to turn in either a one, or two page layout. Use whatever photos you'd like, and products purchased at Purdy's Scrapbook Place. Each contest will generally ask you to either base your design off of a chosen theme or product, which must be adhered to.

For the week after the submission date, every customer in the store will be given the chance to vote for which layout they like the best. At the end of the week the entry with the most votes will be declared the winner! And if that's not enough, the winner will also recieve a 10 dollar gift certificate for the store.

In addition, if at least two children enter (under the age of 16), they will be placed in their own category, and recieve their own prize.

If for any reason there is only one entry for a contest, no prize will be awarded. Purdy's Scrapbook Place reserves the right to make photo-copies of any winning layouts, and use them within their store, or on their store website.
